New Year, New Goals

Late in December of each year, I pen new goals for for myself for the coming new year.  Call them resolutions if you want.  Many carry over for years.  Last year I set many for myself including making it a habit to floss daily, sketch more, get a will, and much more.  I certainly didn’t meet all of those goals.  The beauty, however, of having them on paper is that I can look back over the year to see where progression was made and, of course, where it wasn’t.

This year, I’m keeping it simple.  Just a few that I can chip away at during 2011:

  • Grow spiritually
  • Exercise regularly
  • Resume and finish a writing project

Each is a carryover of previous years but there’s something attainable in the simplicity of this list.
Happy New Year everyone!
